Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa’s Clay Craft Restaurant is an all-day dining restaurant open each day from 6:30 am to 11 pm and offers a wide culinary selection of both Asian to Western cuisine and creative beverages. In the restaurant, there is a pottery studio where in-house guests can join a pottery demonstration and make their own pottery under the guidance of the resident clay artist.
The delightful menu has quite an extensive selection with creative names such as crispy stuff, the garden, the soup kettle, the west, things on & between bread, and many more.
For an appetiser, you might like to try the tasty Crispy Soft Shell Crab Soft Buns served with Asian slaw and chilli lime dressing. Moving on to the main course, Babi Bali Asli, local Bali pork spare ribs slow-cooked in traditional babi guling spice and savoured with sambal grilled corn, stir-fried water spinach and chilli garlic potatoes, is a delicious and satisfying choice. If you opt for something different yet mouthwatering, try the Pulled Beef Rendang Enchiladas with traditional shredded beef rendang wrapped in tortilla and gratinated with tomato and mozzarella cheese.
Doughnut Milkshakes and Manjari Chocolate Textures consisting of dark chocolate Panna Cotta, oil, macaron and milk chocolate gelato are two of many wonderful desserts you can choose to complete a lovely meal.
