As the new addition to Petitenget vibrant dining scene, KILN Bar and Eating House is a new all-day dining venue to feast with style and comfort. The food here are mostly processed by fire; creating a distinct exuberant taste to embellish your culinary experience.

Enjoying prime location in Petitenget area just short walk from the famous Seminyak Beach area, KILN Bar and Eating House welcomes guests into an open-air dining area. The interior is dominated by warm bright colours combined with earthy tones, perfectly integrated to set the scene with a pleasant ambience.

The menu of KILN Bar and Eating House is inspired by Eastern-Mediterranean and North African cuisine and is cooked over a fire taking some of Bali’s most primal cooking techniques and elevating them to deliver incredibly elegant, thoughtful and delicious cuisine.

For brunch and during the day, the menu revolves around freshness, vibrancy and health. Think family-style platters, skillets of eggs, amazing wraps and dips, and huge selections of salads and fresh vegetables. Once the sun goes down, there’s flame-licked shellfish, charred meats, salt-baked and fire-grilled vegetables, oven-fresh flatbreads, and sensational snacks made with the freshest ingredients, all sustainably sourced from
the local area.

As a starter, you could choose smashed roti prata or pita bread which come with an assortment of dips such as banging hummus or harissa marbled tzatziki. The softness of the bread blending perfectly with the succulent dips creating a taste sensation in every bite. For a more meaty appetiser, try the tasty skewers of ribeye with chimichurri or lamb kofte with salsa verde. Then for the main course, you can savour enormous, boneless fillets
of succulently grilled barramundi with flavoursome gremolata Italian-style herbs. KILN Bar and Eating House also serves unique ‘fired vegetable’ treats such as delicious roasted cauliflower which comes
with pomegranate and almond parsley.

To accompany their exciting menu, KILN Bar and Eating House serves refreshing signature drinks and cocktails such as pina colada on tap, a special pina colada mix topped off with a finish of creamy
‘grilled’ coconut merengue.
