Here the facilities feature four single ladies treatment rooms and four single men’s treatment rooms, separate male and female steam rooms, a jacuzzi, sauna and relaxation lounge. The Spa Sampler was my choice as it combines Balinese massage and foot massage in one treatment. During the Balinese massage, a skilful therapist used a combination of skin rolling, stretching, thumb and strong palm pressures techniques and firm strokes to relieve stiffness, improve blood circulation, reduce stress and calm the mind. Following this an energizing foot massage released toxins and restored my body’s energy flow.
The treatment produced a sense of relaxation along with a revitalized sensation of energy. I found it a most delightful indulgence to take this break in the middle of a tight schedule recently in Kuala Lumpur.
