Amazing Island Hopping Adventure Even though I live in a tropical country, my desire to explore more unspoiled tropical islands is quite big thus I recently flew to Bangkok, Thailand and started my journey there. About 1 and 20-minute connecting flight took me to Krabi, which lies at the mouth of the Krabi River on the west coast of southern Thailand in the province bearing the same. My first stop was to Phi Phi Leh and its fabulous Maya Bay. I was excited that I finally got the chance to see the famous site that was once used for the movie The Beach’ staring Leo DiCaprio.
