Imperial Treasure Fine Teochew Cuisine presents exquisite set menus featuring classic Teochew dishes such as marinated duck, steamed marble goby ‘soon hock’ fish in Teochew style, baked Australian lobster with dried fish, the fatt choy hamachi yu sheng in ‘Soon Tak’ style and more. Over at Imperial Treasure Fine Chinese Cuisine, meticulously crafted set menus boast iconic dishes such as Peking duck, roasted boneless suckling pig, and baked Australian lobster with superior broth, among others.

Tim Ho Wan PEAK showcases Shoppes-exclusive dishes such as the Good Luck Abalone Prosperity Toss and the new collection of dim sum such as mala abalone prosperity bags, trio colour pan-fried mochi nian gao and crispy shrimp red rice rolls with roselle sauce. Toss to abundance and good fortune with BLOSSOM’s Prosperity Yu Sheng or Sen of Japan’s Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng, combining a variety of delicacies for a symphony of flavours.

Award-winning restaurant Mott 32 presents sumptuous Yu Sheng options such as Cooked Lobster Yu Sheng, Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng and Abalone Yu Sheng on its Chinese New Year menu. At RISE, the festive menu highlights three premium ingredients sourced from various regions of China, namely salmon trout from the Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang, fresh sturgeon from Quzhou, Zhejiang and sea urchin from Dalian. The gastronomic experience celebrates the flavours of the season through dishes such as Shunde Yu Sheng with smoked salmon trout, shabu shabu sturgeon loin with spicy sesame dressing, freshly made Dalian urchin dumplings, and more. The iconic suckling pig, a perennial festive favourite, is the highlight of the feast at RISE.

Maison Boulud pays homage to Chinese New Year traditions with a four-course menu, including the French restaurant’s reinterpretation of the traditional Lo Hei featuring fresh Hamachi, smoked salmon, herring caviar and a citrusy lime and dill dressing. Marrying traditional ingredients and fresh seafood, KOMA’s signature Yusheng adds a distinct Japanese essence to gatherings over an appetising feast.

 The star of the menu at Yardbird Southern Table & Bar is the half roasted suckling pig, marinated for 24 hours with a Southern-inspired blend of spices and slow-roasted with a malted brine to achieve perfectly crisp skin before being served with fluffy bao buns, house-pickled cabbage infused with Sichuan spices and a smoked Asian spice blend.
