Courtyard by Marriott has announced the opening of its newest property, Courtyard by Marriott Pyeongtaek marking the city’s first internationally branded hotel. Strategically located near key business and military hubs, such as Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus, Camp Humphreys, and Osan Air Base, the hotel is set to become a preferred destination for both international and domestic business and leisure travelers.

Designed with the brand’s ethos of modern, purposeful hospitality in mind, the hotel seamlessly blends sleek architecture with natural elements. The exterior features a landscape garden that creates a resort-like ambiance in the heart of the city, while the atrium-style lobby welcomes guests with abundant natural light and tranquil design inspired by nature. The use of eco-friendly materials, an air purification system, and indirect lighting techniques enhance the overall guest experience.
The hotel offers 230 modern and functional rooms, including four spacious suites, with options tailored for business travelers, long-term guests, and families. Select rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the garden, adding a sense of calm and openness.
On the lobby level, guests can enjoy premium dining at BLT Steak, the renowned New York steakhouse, which debuts its second Korean location at the property. For those seeking variety, Tavolo 24, the hotel’s all-day dining buffet, serves an international cuisine menu with seasonal highlights, attracting both hotel guests and local diners.
Courtyard by Marriott Pyeongtaek also stands out for its meetings and events offering.
