Whether she is in the mood for a crisp Homemade Rose Lemonade or a pot of Plantation Rose Tea, it is a truly inviting space to settle in for a heart-to-heart.

On 10 May (Sunday), the festivities come to life at Hillside. Created to honor the woman who does it all, the Mother’s Day Semi-Buffet Brunch offers a delightful departure from the ordinary. The brunch opens with a radiant pink Welcome Mocktail, a refreshing blend of honey-apple, lime juice and elderflower syrup, setting a lively tone for the occasion. It then flows into an artisanal Chef’s Table, where a premium Seafood Bar takes pride of place alongside a finely balanced mix of charcuterie, cheeses and seasonal salads.


The menu also features a choice of one signature main, each meticulously prepared to please every mother. Highlights include the Wok-Fired Lobster with Glass Noodles, a richly layered dish that evokes the soul of Hong Kong through its Shaoxing wine essence. The Soft-Shell Typhoon Shelter Crab crackles with flavor and spice, while the Carved Beef Tenderloin offers smoky tenderness in every bite. For a comforting plant-based alternative, the Forest Mushroom Rigatoni combines earthy Yunnan mushrooms with velvety cashew cream. The afternoon then concludes on a sweet note at the dessert table, where Vietnamese coffee tiramisu, yuzu cheesecake, and mango sago pudding bring the feast to a joyful and warm finale.
