Welcome the new year on a delicious note with three new signature Lunar New Year banquet menus Prosperity, Longevity, and Blessings. Served within the hotel’s elegant event spaces, the menus provide an elevated format for hosting larger family reunions and corporate festivities with ease and include dishes such as succulent prosperity prawns, imperial roast duck, braised abalone and crispy roasted chicken with shredded golden egg.
