AUTUMN DINING EXPERIENCES AT KIMPTON TSIM SHA TSUI HONG KONG

Autumn brings new dining experiences to Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, where rooftop evenings and leisurely weekend brunches offer two distinct ways to enjoy the city. At Swim Club, guests can unwind with cocktails overlooking Victoria Harbour, while Hillside introduces an upgraded seafood-focused brunch featuring Japanese delicacies and international flavours.
Perched on the hotel’s 50th floor, Swim Club offers a stylish poolside setting with sweeping views of Victoria Harbour. With its relaxed atmosphere, signature cocktails and panoramic city views, the rooftop venue is an inviting spot for evening drinks and social gatherings. Every Friday from 7pm to 11pm, Swim Club hosts HEADFIRST, featuring music from a rotating line-up of local DJs.
On 31 October, Swim Club will host Dying To Dive, a Día de los Muertos-inspired Halloween celebration from 7pm to 1am. The evening will feature a live mariachi band, DJ performances and sugar skull face painting, with hundreds of flickering LED candles surrounding a rooftop pool illuminated in crimson.
The celebration features a selection of barbecue favourites, from Texas Beef Steak and Baked Southern Roadhouse Pork Ribs to Grilled Oysters and Smoky Prawns. Guests can also enjoy tacos, smash burger sliders and seasonal desserts, including Mini Pan de Muerto, Pumpkin Choux and Rest in Peace Raspberry Mousse. Free-flowing sparkling drinks, signature cocktails, wines and soft drinks complete the experience.
For a more leisurely dining experience, Hillside, located on the hotel’s 12th floor, introduces its upgraded Sea to Table Semi-Buffet Brunch from 1 November. Available from Friday to Sunday, the brunch brings together fresh seafood, Asian specialities and international flavours in a relaxed setting for family and friends.
A highlight of the Saturday and Sunday brunch is the live carving of a whole yellowfin tuna flown directly from Japan. Taking place at 12:15pm, the presentation offers guests freshly prepared sashimi and speciality sushi rolls, alongside a seafood selection featuring snow crab legs and seasonal catches.
The menu begins with starters such as Double-boiled Chinese Soup, Chawanmushi with Crab Meat, Drunken Abalone and Steamed Scallop. For the main course, guests can choose from dishes including Pistachio-Crusted Rack of Lamb with French ratatouille, Seared Seabass Fillet with Pad Thai, and Braised Lobster E-Fu Noodle in a rich, savoury broth.
The semi-buffet also features lighter selections, including Mediterranean Poached Shrimps with Pearl Couscous Salad and Thai Pomelo Seafood Salad. A roaming dim sum cart serves freshly steamed favourites directly to the table, while a dessert station offers a sweet finish. The brunch is served from 12pm to 3pm, Friday to Sunday.
