Titled HAENYEO SINGAPORE, the exhibition featured a collection of compelling portraits of the Haenyeo, each telling a story of the hardships faced by these tough women. In the South Korean province of Jeju, diving is a tradition that can be traced back as far as 434 A.D.   Highly respected Spanish chef, Francesc Rovira Canudas, from the Michelin-starred ‘La Fonda Xesc’ in the Catalan Pyrenees, prepared an outstanding five-course wine-paired gastronomic dinner served at the Intercontinental Bali Resort on Friday 24th November. The menu was spec ially created to introduce diners to the farm-to-table concept for which La Fonda Xesc has become famous. The following day, a cooking class was held hosted personally by Chef Francesc which was followed by lunch.
