Highlighting the Korean concept of sharing on table cooking, SI JIN offers a choice of meats which are prepared in-house and freshly cooked on smokeless grills at every table. There is a broad selection of meat cuts to choose from including dry-aged cuts from periods of 30 days to 200 days and premium wet-aged cuts. These are paired with starters and sharing plates created by incorporating Korean and Japanese techniques with wholesome local ingredients from the island.
The menu includes Starter, Sharing, Seabirdland, Dry Aged Beef, Reserve Cuts, Omakase Premium Cuts (ideal for 4) and Desserts. Open for dinner only, the service starts at 5.30 pm.
