Occupying an impressive valley location in a 10-meter high Balinese style thatched roof establishment, the menu in CasCades Restaurant is engineered with French technique, a modern flare and an assertive focus on using the highest quality ingredients, many of which are organic and found locally on the island.
Our first delight in the six course tasting was veal duo, slow roasted veal, and smoked mackerel rolls with red radish, daikon and potato soil bone marrow with pickled cucumber, bronze fennel, smoked croutons and tuna wasabi mayonnaise. These two appetizers really stimulated our appetite.
