Discover LAVO Singapore, a coastal Italian rooftop restaurant at Marina Bay Sands. Enjoy sunset cocktails, alfresco dining, and sky-high city views.
LAVO Coastal Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar has redefined sky-high dining in Singapore. Perched on the 57th floor of Marina Bay Sands, the iconic venue recently unveiled its first major refresh since opening in 2018, and the results are nothing short of spectacular. The reimagined space now captures the effortless charm of the Amalfi Coast, blending sophisticated design, vibrant social energy, and elevated Italian coastal cuisine.

Stepping into LAVO feels like arriving at a Mediterranean summer escape. The refreshed interiors draw inspiration from Southern Italy, featuring handcrafted tiles, warm honey-toned wood, and golden-hour lighting that perfectly complements the panoramic views. The restaurant’s expansive wraparound terrace is one of its most defining features, offering alfresco seating that overlooks both the city skyline and the sea horizon — a dreamy setting for brunches, sunset cocktails, or intimate dinners.
A Culinary Ode to La Dolce Vita
At the heart of LAVO’s relaunch is a bold new culinary direction led by Tao Group Hospitality’s Chief Culinary Officer Ralph Scamardella. The refreshed menu pays homage to the flavours of coastal Italy, where simplicity and freshness take centre stage.

Familiar favourites like LAVO’s signature Meatball, a giant, slow-cooked delight and towering 20-layer chocolate cake remain staples. But the new additions are just as compelling. The Jumbo Shrimp Alla Scampi features plump shrimp sautéed in garlic, lemon butter, and white wine. The Seafood Fra Diavolo is a rich, spicy medley of lobster, prawn, squid, and brandy-spiked tomato sauce. Meanwhile, the Mafaldine Seafood Alfredo offers indulgence in every bite, layered with scallops, shrimp, lobster butter, and a light cream sauce.

Seafood continues to shine in lighter, refined dishes like the Grilled Branzino, served with fennel and a bright Sorrento lemon vinaigrette, and the tender Grilled Octopus with black olives, cipollini onions, and potatoes. Brick oven pizzas and hearty steak and chop options add to the variety, while starters like the Burrata with heirloom tomatoes and eggplant caponata make for a flavourful beginning to any meal.
Raise a Glass to Coastal Flavours
To complement the cuisine, LAVO’s cocktail programme has also undergone a refresh. The new drinks list channels the essence of an Italian summer, with a balance of bold and breezy. The Amalfi Breeze is a standout, a tropical, creamy blend of coconut liqueur, gin, prosecco, pineapple saccharum, and lime. From Sicily with Love leans floral and citrusy, made with violet liqueur, honey, lemon, and lime. Non-drinkers won’t miss out either, with options like La Dolce Vita, a vibrant mocktail of lychee, pineapple juice, and red dragonfruit.

A Coastal Escape in the Heart of the City
Whether you’re there for a midweek sunset dinner, a weekend brunch, or a night out with friends, LAVO delivers more than a meal, it offers a full sensory experience. Its lively brunches are a weekend highlight, combining à la carte dining with great music and a buzzing atmosphere. On select weekends, the legendary LAVO Party Brunch turns the space into a full-blown daytime celebration — with live DJs, themed menus, and immersive entertainment.
With seating for up to 370 across its dining room, terrace, lounge, and private room, LAVO remains one of the most dynamic rooftop dining destinations in the city. Its transformation blends timeless Italian charm with a fresh, contemporary energy, proving once again that dining 57 floors up can be both luxurious and laid-back.
LAVO is open daily from 11am to midnight (1am on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holiday eves). For reservations or more details, visit www.marinabaysands.com/restaurants/lavo.html.
