Opened in March 2012, 137 Pillars House Chiang Mai occupies the original “Baan Borneo,” a teak homestead built in the late 1800s which was the Northern Headquarters of the Borneo Trading
Company for many years. It also used to be the residence Louis Leonowens who worked for Borneo Company.
