From 6 to 18 February 2026, Carousel keeps the Lunar New Year spirit going with a festive buffet experience built for gathering, think abundant flavours, signature stations, and comforting classics that families return to year after year. Guests can look forward to a spread that moves from hearty bowls and warming soups to celebratory mains and sweet endings, all designed to make every meal feel like a reunion. Lunar New Year Highlights include Traditional Singapore Prawn Noodle with River Prawn; Hot Pot: Ginseng Ice-steamed Chicken Consommé with Snow Pear & Wolfberry; Dessert: Red Dates Longan Soup with Tangyuan. Dinner service adds indulgent highlights including Stir-fried Mud Crab in Golden Garlic Cheese Sauce and Chinese Slow Braised Lamb Ribs with White Radish. While Lunar New Year’s Eve and Day highlight Pot of Fortune “Poon Chai.”
