Sushi Hana is well equipped to cater for personal for private functions, parties, meal conferences as well as taking excellent care of personal diners.
The sushi bar delivers the full variety of traditional sushi fare to diners and should be explored before jumping into the main menu. A recommendation from the bar is their baked scallop, whole scallop presented in shell with the addition of a portion of
marinated scallop, ‘chuka hotate’ style. The main menu is extensive and provides those with a penchant for Japanese food with the choice to explore and experience new and exciting tastes. The style and delivery of
everything here is typically ceremonial and one is led to enjoy the whole experience as a piece of theatre as much as taste.
