W Bali – Seminyak has announced the appointment of their new Culinary Director, Richard Bias. Born in the United Kingdom, Richard has received numerous achievements and accolades including Runner-Up for the Gordon Ramsay Scholarship 2001, a finalist in the Academy Culinary Arts Awards of Excellence 2000 and numerous medals at Salon Culinaire’s in Dubai and London.
