Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi is elevating its culinary calendar this month with two exclusive dining events at its signature contemporary French fine dining restaurant, Le Beaulieu, featuring Michelin-starred guest chefs.
Le Beaulieu will host special dinners and a Sunday Brunch in May, welcoming renowned guest chefs to collaborate with its culinary team and present refined experiences that celebrate French culinary heritage, seasonal ingredients, and exceptional craftsmanship.
