The Parlour Kitchen, Bar & Lounge is one of those places that capture ones attention at first glance. Located in Seminyak’s swanky dining strip this casual fine dining restau- rant certainly deserves its address but not just for design. All aspects of this intriguing establishment meet the class and stan- dards that first impressions indicate.

Opened last July this trendy res- taurant adapts moods to com- pliment the day ’s movements from breakfast to dinner. Early sun shining through the restaurant’s windows herald a new day with post breakfast anticipation, invigorating diners and staff alike. A casual ambience pervades through lunch while the evening brings on a sophisti- cated class and style befitting this fine dining establishment.
The menu here bursts with choice and the dis- cretion of a forward thinking chef. It is all day dining here of course and I chose to take a break- fast of the Huevos Rancheros; flour tortilla, iberico chorizo, eggs sunny side up, tomato, sal-
sa beans and feta cheese. Other dishes included fragrant Asian rice with a choice of chicken or pork, or a rather healthy looking serves of salmon nicoise salad, a colourful presentation of fresh flavours.
In just two months of operation this exciting kitchen, lounge and bar has already earned itself a reputation for being serious about the food served in its enjoyably stylish environment.
