The Royal villa is spread over three levels and designed to be an exclusive dwelling as it embraces its landscape contours so delivering the optimal panoramic view. The Deluxe Pool Villa is designed as a private Balinese compound with artistic stone detailing, thatched roof and a luxurious swimming pool. The Healing Villa has been conceived to nurture and encourage a lifestyle sense of outdoor living while presenting the elaborate aesthetics of a noble residence. Each villa at The Royal Pita Maha comes with its own distinct style and sense of artistry along with first class amenities.

Facilities are complete here and include 4 restaurants. Three of these are housed in separate terraces of a 3-terrace building in the South wing of the resort and are open for an all day wining and dining experience. The Terrace Bali Restaurant serving locally inspired cuisine is on the 1st level. The Ayung Valley Restaurant for international dishes on the 2nd level and the exclusive Dewata Lounge with its scenic views at level 3. Along with these is the Ayung Organic Restaurant that sits on the banks of the Ayung River. The resort also includes the Royal Kirana Spa & Wellness, the Royal Convention House, in house activities and sight seeing/adventure tours and three general pools including the Holy Spring Water Pool. In addition the resort’s latest extension has put 30 private villas on the Southern side of the resort.
