Since first established back in 1968, Tonyraka Art Gallery has been accumulating, displaying and selling collections of fine woodcarvings artwork. It was established by AA Gede Raka Wirayuda, a former woodcarver, under the name of ‘Raka Gallery’. The name was changed after his son; AA Bagus Tony Hartawan took over the business back in 1997, and has been successfully broaden the range of displayed items in the gallery.

Nowadays, Tonyraka Art Gallery also showcases modern and contemporary arts as well, from painting, sculptures and installation. The owner, Tony Hartawan, envisioned Tonyraka Art gallery not only for commercial purpose, but can also act as a cultural entity, embracing the growth and development of local artworks, especially on the island of Bali. The gallery opens for public from Monday to Sunday.

  • Hey there would you mind stating which blog platform you’re using?

    I’m going to start my own blog soon but I’m having a
    hard time choosing between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.
    The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different
    then most blogs and I’m looking for something completely unique.
