From January 28 to 29, 2025, Lion X presents “The Tales of the Snake” promotion, featuring two special set menus and a la carte options crafted by Chef Alex Kuan. The set menu begins with a premium salmon Yee Shang with smoked duck, followed by braised fish lip with assorted seafood in deep sea fishbone soup. Highlight dishes include wok-fried tiger prawn with butter golden sand, and  deep-fried fish snapper fillet with assam curry sauce. 

The centerpiece of the menu is the braised 8 treasure roasted chicken with leek in Cantonese style.
