BRUNCH WITH A VIEW AT THE KITES EATERY

Weekend brunch in Bangkok gets a fresh addition as INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit introduces “Brunch Your Way,” a new weekend dining experience at The Kites Eatery, on the hotel’s 31st floor.

Available every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 2pm, the brunch menu is designed for everything from relaxed weekend catch-ups to casual business meetings or solo dining sessions, all served alongside panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline.

The menu features a selection of savoury classics, including the INNSiDE All Day Breakfast with eggs cooked to order, chicken sausage, smoked ham, bacon and potatoes, alongside the INNSiDE Egg Benedict, topped with serrano ham, smoked salmon and Asian-style hollandaise on an English muffin.

Other highlights include smashed avocado on sourdough with tomato salsa, pumpkin seeds and a poached egg, prawn and crab bao with dill mayonnaise and Japanese cucumber, and a grilled Australian ribeye sandwich layered with onion jam, blue cheese, sautéed mushrooms and a fried egg. For a more substantial option, diners can opt for the slow-cooked Kojibuta pork belly served with honey mustard sauce and garlic mashed potatoes.

Those craving something sweet can choose between fluffy pancakes served with mixed berries and maple syrup or classic French toast topped with banana, Chantilly cream and maple syrup.

To complement the menu, guests can choose from freshly pressed juices, chilled young coconut or signature beverages including Spice & Shine, an orange Americano infused with cinnamon and rosemary; Espresso Spritz, combining espresso with virgin sangria; and Matcha Colada, made with Yabukita matcha, coconut and whipped foam. The house cold brew uses 100% Arabica Catuai beans.

Beyond brunch, The Kites Eatery serves Thai cuisine throughout the day, with interiors inspired by the traditional kite-flying culture of Bangkok’s Sanam Luang and sweeping views across the city.
