The ceremony was held on Friday 29 November 2019 at Gedung Ksirarnawa, Art Centre, Denpasar. The award was bestowed after an extensive assessment of the resort’s products, services and facilities. Marriott International Inc announced the signing of a landmark agreement with Myanmar's leading property developer, Yoma Land, to bring the wellness-centric Westin brand to Myanmar in late 2021.
