The seasonal selection reflects Basilico’s approach to Italian dining, where generosity, craftsmanship and the warmth of the family table are central to the experience.

Designed for leisurely indulgence, Basilico’s Weekend Brunch features live cooking and carving of Roasted Angus Beef, Slow-Roasted Pork Collar and Herb-Roasted Chicken, accompanied by handmade pasta and seasonal seafood. Together, they create an abundant Italian spread with plenty to discover over the course of the afternoon.

Then there is Basilico’s signature Cheese Room, with more than 40 artisanal cheeses to explore. It is one of the highlights of the brunch, particularly for cheese lovers, and pairs naturally with a glass of wine and the leisurely pace of a weekend lunch.
